1. Agreement to Terms

2. B2B Nature of Services
Namrah Trading LLC operates primarily in a B2B (Business-to-Business) capacity. All fleet leasing, trading, and investment advisory services are subject to separate formal master service agreements (MSA) and lease contracts which supersede any information on this website.
3. Anti-Concealment Compliance
In accordance with the Saudi Anti-Concealment Law, Namrah Trading LLC strictly prohibits the use of its licenses or entities for nominee or proxy ownership. All clients must represent their own legitimate corporate interests. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship immediately if non-compliance or "tasattur" arrangements are suspected.
4. Fleet Leasing Terms
Leasing of passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, and machinery is governed by the specific terms of the lease agreement, including maintenance responsibilities, insurance coverage, and Ministry of Transport (MOT) compliance requirements. Asset ownership remains with Namrah Trading LLC or its affiliates throughout the lease term.
5. Investment Advisory
Our MISA-authorized investment advisory services provide guidance on Saudi market entry and legal setup. While we provide expert advisory, the final responsibility for legal standing and operational compliance rests with the client entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Namrah Trading logo, service descriptions, and proprietary data, is the property of Namrah Trading LLC and is protected by Saudi Arabian and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Namrah Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Saudi law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
